Turmeric Mango Smoothie
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 mango
1 tsp grated turmeric
1 tsp grated ginger
juice of 1 orange
1/4 cup - 1/2 cup coconut milk



Green Smoothie
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 mango
1 tbsp of flaxseed
Juice of 1 orange and 1 lime/lemon

A bunch of parsley
A bunch of kale



Apple Pie Smoothie
1 apple
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup steamed then frozen sweet potato
A chunk of fresh ginger
1 tbsp flaxseed
1/2 cup soaked oats in 1/2 cup of milk of choice
A dash of cinnamon and a pinch of salt


Chocolate Peanut Smoothie
1/4 cup Steamed then frozen cauliflower
1/2 - 1 cup of sweet potato
1/4 cup of soaked oats (these were leftovers)
1 tbsp flax
Cinnamon
1 tbsp cacao nibs
2 tbsp salted peanuts
1/2 cup of milk of choice

Dates would go great for added sweetness!
